SEO agency HP Group has been chosen to leverage the online marketing of self-catering holiday specialists Hoseasons by improving its organic search listings.
The £60,000 contract will see HP Group combining both on-site and off-site techniques to push the company up the Google rankings.
HP Group’s remit for Hoseasons is to increase search exposure across generic terms for self-catering holidays as well as its six verticals, which include holiday parks, city breaks, boating holidays, cottage holidays, holiday lodges and holiday villas.
The account will be led by Ben Milleare at HP Group. Founded in 1995, HP Group applies optimisation techniques to target the more difficult to achieve generic search terms that deliver the highest volume of traffic to a website.
HP Group’s Managing Director, Stephen Dart, said: “Our goal is to increase organic traffic to the Hoseasons site. We are very excited about the new partnership. Hoseasons is extremely forward thinking when it comes to online marketing; it has an in-house web development team as well as having analytics and Pay Per Click staff on board.
“As one of the lead players in ensuring systems are compliant for search engine spiders, we are confident we can work with Hoseason’s extensive offering to generate more hits on its websites, and ultimately more sales.”
James Reeve, Online Marketing Manager at the Hoseasons Group, said: “I am delighted that we have appointed an SEO agency with the market leading reputation and technical skills that HP Group has. We went through an extensive pitch process and from the outset; HP Group showed that they had the expertise and knowledge that we were looking for.
I am confident that HP Group and Hoseasons will work well together and be able to drive Hoseasons up the Google listings”.
This latest win for HP Group comes on the back of other major national successes, including haart estate agents, Hillarys Blinds, Safestore and Sony Europe.
HP Group was voted Best UK Search agency by TopSEOs in January 2009 and is continuing with its growth strategy to strengthen its 50-strong team, which includes Head of Search Shaun Parker, Commercial Director Terry Heffernan – who is a former IT Manager for GlaxoSmithKline, and Non-Executive Director Guilio Brunini, Yahoo’s former European Head of Marketing Solutions and former CEO of BrandAmp.
